Francis MARSHALL

Although he is an art teacher, Francis Marshall frequently finds his work exhibited alongside that of brut artists. His works, which are both gritty and shrouded in mystery, break free from cultural norms; he creates what he feels he has never seen anywhere else. Is he making a work in 3D? He will call it "stuffing". Is he working on a painting? He will build it into a piece of furniture, so that it is not viewed as a painting. And he will not be defined by being put into any box!
