Jean-Michel WUILBEAUX

From 1990 to 2016, Jean-Michel Wuilbeaux produced a large number of oil paintings in his studio at La Pommeraie (Quevaucamps). Keen to represent things as a whole, he uses a juxtaposition of perspectives that seem to unfold the image before our eyes. His paintings are accompanied by texts displaying witty remarks. But his works would not be complete if they did not contain their start and end dates, as well as the colour chart that went into their creation.
